Les OPSN détiennent les droits « [admin intermédiaire](https://asso-declic.gitbook.io/guide-utilisateur-leco-clic/guide-dutilisation-pour-les-opsn/acces-a-lespace-opsn) ». À ce titre, ils ont accès aux données des structures qui sont rattachées à eux.

Les OPSN se chargent par ailleurs de l’assistance de niveau 1, de la gestion des comptes de structures rattachées et de leurs propres utilisateurs.
